I teach gentle, accessible yoga with influences from Hatha, Gentle Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Depending on your goals, sessions may also include breathwork (pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques.

I offer both online and in-person private yoga sessions.
In-person sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or another suitable space of your choice within my travel area. Practising in a familiar environment can help you feel more relaxed, making it easier to settle into the session without the stress of travelling. It also means you can move at your own pace, and once the session finishes, you can continue resting or enjoying the calm without needing to commute home.
Online sessions offer the same personalised approach and are ideal if you live outside my local area, have limited mobility, manage a chronic health condition, or simply prefer the convenience of practising from home.
Whichever option you choose, every session is tailored to your needs, goals and energy levels, ensuring your practice feels supportive, accessible and sustainable.

A yoga mat would be helpful. Depending on the practice, cushions, blankets, yoga blocks or a chair can also be useful. If you're booking an online session, I'll let you know what you may need beforehand.

My approach to yoga is deeply personal and centred around meeting you exactly where you are.
Living with a chronic neurological condition myself has changed the way I practise and teach yoga. I understand that every body is different, that energy levels fluctuate, and that healing isn't about pushing harder. it's about learning to listen.
Rather than focusing on achieving the "perfect pose," my sessions prioritise how you feel. We work with your body, not against it.
Every session is tailored to you, whether you're navigating a chronic health condition, recovering from burnout, or taking your very first steps into yoga.
My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you can move with confidence, reconnect with yourself and build a sustainable practice that fits your life.

In many cases, yes. I specialise in supporting people living with chronic health conditions, including those managing fatigue, pain, stress or neurological conditions.
Every session is tailored to your individual needs, energy levels and any medical considerations. Yoga is not a replacement for medical treatment, but it can be a supportive practice alongside your healthcare.
-
If you've never practised yoga before, you're exactly the kind of person I love working with.
There is no expectation to be flexible, fit or experienced. We'll start at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I'll guide you through each movement with clear, supportive instruction.
Our first session begins with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle and any injuries or health conditions so I can create a practice that feels safe and appropriate for you.
You're encouraged to ask questions, take breaks whenever you need to, and move in a way that feels right for your body. There is no pressure to "keep up" or get everything right. Your yoga practice is yours alone.
Many people tell me they leave feeling calmer, more connected to their bodies and surprised by how accessible yoga can be.
